What do I need to bring?

  • Comfortable clothes that you feel free to move in.
  • Walking shoes
  • Swimsuit
  • Optional: Your favorite journal if you'd like to take notes
  • We also recommend that you bring an activity that relaxes you to focus on during free time. Whether that be a book that you've been meaning to read, or the needlepoint you've been meaning to finish. This is not a requirement, but this is a weekend for you. What would bring you the most joy? If it's getting some time to work on a creative project, please feel free to bring it.

Frequently Asked Questions

I've never meditated before; is this for me?
Absolutely! These will be guided meditations so you will learn the techniques to help you start a meditation practice.

What if I have a food allergy? Can you accommodate?
Of course! We'll send you a questionnaire closer to the start date about your preferences, and that is where you can notify us of your food allergies. Our professional chef is trained in modifying foods to ensure they are safe for everyone at our table.

What if I want to share a room with someone in particular?
We can accommodate that, too! Just let us know when you register who you would like to be paired with, and we'll ensure it is arranged.

What if I have limited range of motion?
That's OK, too! Our instructor is trained in Restorative Yoga which is a gentle practice, but we do ask that you notify her of any injuries, recent surgeries, or movement limitations. She'll be able to provide you with specific modified movements.

I'm really interested, but I can't pay it all up front. Do you have an option for a payment plan?
Yes! You may pay in two installments. A 50% deposit will be due to confirm your spot, and the remaining 50% will be due Thursday, March 16, prior to your arrival.

Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. If extenuating circumstances arise, and you are no longer able to make it, we are able to offer you a full refund if you send an email to info@willowroomspa.com by Tuesday, March 14 at 12:00pm (noon) CST.

Head to Toe Relaxation

You deserve to take a day just for you, and we hope that by starting off your day with us, you'll be able to carry that feeling throughout the rest of your Saturday.

We'll start the morning with a yoga class utilizing Tune Up balls to roll the feet. We are constantly utilizing our feet, yet we don't do enough to properly take care of them. After this class, your entire body will thank you as you notice an overall sense of relief and your entire body starts to relax. We encourage you to continue this practice as a part of your daily routine, so each participant will leave with a pair of Tune Up balls.

Once class has concluded, you will have the opportunity to choose from one (1) mini facial treatment: Cupping Facial or Aromatherapy Facial Massage. We have four (4) available slots for each treatment, and these will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

The remainder of your time may be spent in the dry sauna, hot tub, or yoga sanctuary. Please feel free to bring that book you've been meaning to pick up again, the craft project you haven't had a chance to work on in a while, or simply enjoy the time to do nothing. This is your morning to relax and spend it as you wish.

Should you want to utilize the hot tub, we ask that you bring a swimsuit.

Tickets available here.
