Written by Katy Bowman, along with 4 of her long-time students (all of them in their 70s!), Dynamic Aging gives practical advice about how to move more & move well as we get older…so that we can keep moving as we get older! 

The Dynamic Aging Book Club incorporates discussion along with doing many of the exercises in the book, all with hands-on guidance from Carla Harless, a Nutritious Movement® Certified Restorative Exercise Specialist. Read the book, do the book.

Read through it before you come, and then stay after for a boxed lunch (for an additional charge). 

What's all included: 3-hour movement workshop, limited number of attendees for individualized attention. (For an additional fee, join us after for a boxed lunch with a view!)
